I am back in Fukuoka but I am no longer in Never Land. The places look the same, but everything else feels different. I was here at a different time; and it feels like it was so long ago. Now, I can only talk to most of my old friends through the internet. When, before, I would always see them wandering around the campus or at the Kaikan (International Student House) all the time.
All of them were just a few buttons or steps away.
When I go around the campus now, all I see are new faces. Not one of them familiar. When I passed by the Kaikan yesterday, I saw the same windows, but the occupants were no longer the same.
I really hate it when people leave. Probably more than when I leave places and people dear to me behind.
By tonight, I'll be going again, alone, to a new place. Wish me luck. ;(
